Things people ask before buying
Yes, genuinely. You pay once per event and that's the end of it. There's no monthly fee, no annual renewal, no storage charge after a year (on Lifetime), and no charge per upload or per guest. The price on the page is the price you pay.
On Standard, your album stays open for one year from your event date. You can download the full ZIP at any point during that year. After the year is up the album closes, but anything you've already downloaded is yours permanently. We send you a reminder well before the deadline.
It means what it says. Once you're on Lifetime, your album and all its contents are stored indefinitely. We don't have a clause that lets us change this for existing customers. If you buy Lifetime, you have Lifetime.
Yes. If you buy Standard and later decide you want lifetime storage, just email us and we'll sort an upgrade for the $50 difference. We won't charge you full price again.
Each payment covers one event — one album, one QR code. If you're hosting multiple events (say, an engagement party and a wedding), you'd purchase a plan for each. We're working on a multi-event bundle for people who host a lot.
Email us at any point within 30 days of purchase, tell us your order and that you'd like a refund, and we process it — usually within 24 hours. No forms, no back-and-forth, no "can you explain why". We just do it.
We use Stripe for all payments, which means your card details never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay if you prefer not to enter card details at all.
